Returns

We take pride in knowing that for the better part of almost two centuries, sportsmen have relied on the fit of Gokey boots and shoes to keep their feet comfortable and blister free during their outdoor adventures. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the way your footwear fits and it is still in like “new” condition, in other words, you have not worn them outside of a trial fit on the carpet, we will replace them with a different size until you are happy with the fit.  We will also offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase on any item you are simply unsatisfied with that has not been used.  We just ask that you cover the return shipping cost for the product you wish to receive a refund or size exchange for.

If by chance you have worn boots/shoes and you are not happy with the fit, we can usually re-last them up to 1/2 size larger in length or 1 full size in width.  Unfortunately, we can’t make them smaller.

A return authorization # from the factory is required to process any product return or exchange.  This applies to new products only, not repairs. You can obtain an RA# by contacting our customer service department by email at contact@gokeyusa.com or by phone at 660-433-5401 8 am – 4:30 pm CST.  Please be sure to include the RA# on the outside of the shipping box that you are returning to Gokey.

Repairs

Unlike cheaper made imported boots, Gokey boots can be rebuilt and re-soled several times over, in fact, we get boots that are 50 and 60 years old in for repair on a weekly basis.  Customers with repairs are responsible for shipping their footwear to Gokey at 300 East Moniteau St. Tipton, MO 65081.  Please be sure to include your name, address, phone # and a description of the repair work you want done.

In addition to the below repair charges, there is a $10.95 shipping and handling charge to return your boots or $8.95 for shoes via U.P.S. when they are finished.  Please include a check or money order made out to Gokey with your shipment.  You can also pay over the phone when we call to discuss your repair in more detail.
