Perfect, Great style boots that I will use year round. Real moccasins not the “moc toe” you find on other brands. The fit was true, I measure 11C but when a narrow is not available I buy 10 1/2 D and get a good fit and so it is with Gokey. These are now my favorite all around active outdoor shoes for the woods and trails and the horse barn.

They are perfectly roomy for my 11.5 EE, room for medium weight wool socks. Break-in 2 full days. Without socks, toe box is perfect. Heel was never loose. Once again lots of stares. Exudes craftsmanship. The tongue does seem kind of short, but magically had zero issues in its function.

Excellent work into making this Gokey Chukka boot. Really like the Bison leather. Very comfortable with little break in. Use your regular shoe size length but I have a D width foot and found the Wide EE was the ticket.

I’m very, very pleased with my Sporting Chukka Boot in all respects. Gokey advised that the Sporting Chukkas ran slightly larger than the Sauvage Hikers I also considered because they were made on a different last. I ordered a half-size smaller than my usual 11-D and am glad I did – they fit perfectly and are exceptionally comfortable.
The Bison leather looks and feels amazing, consistent with my other Bison leather shoes from Gokey, especially the appearance of the pebbled grain. I’m also happy with the Vibram sole, which provided good grip and stability on wet surfaces during the recent wet weather in California and I expect to be very long lasting.
I couldn’t be more satisfied with these boots and will take them with me soon on a trip to Northern Queensland. I hope Gokey will offer them in a black bison leather soon.

Excellent comfortable shoe. Runs a little big. This is my fourth pair of Gokey’s and they are all well made shoes. However I am surprised that even though they are all the same size each fits differently. I expected more consistency in the sizing.
